- Advanced payment of $1,000 is required to reserve a room. This payment is non-refundable if you decide later to withdraw.
- Fees must be paid in full for the session before you can check-in and obtain your keys. There is a $50 per week late fee.
- Residents’ Society fees of $53 per session are included in the fees listed above for returning residents and new residents.
- There is no reimbursement or refund if you leave the House prior to the end of the payment period.
- Residents paying by session must vacate and remove all items during the mid-year recess or pay the vacation rate of $294 p/w
- Meals are provided 7 days per week plus weekly linen service
Electronic Transfer
To send money from outside Australia, bank drafts will need to be in Australian dollars payable to: “UNSW International House Limited”. Be sure to include your name under the description. To transfer funds electronically, you will need the following details:
